Craig Dixon is an experienced business development executive who is passionate about innovation and technology. Currently, he is the strategic leader who owns Amazon Studio’s student pathway programs — driving partnerships with internal and external organizations that create opportunities for diverse student talent.

In previous roles at Amazon, Craig led Business Development for Amazon Diagnostics and helped launch Amazon’s At-Home Covid PCR Test Kit. Also, he was Head of Global Membership for AWS Educate where he through managing relationships helped 1M+ students, veterans, and educators from around the world learn about cloud computing and technology jobs.

Prior to joining Amazon, Craig held several roles, in corporate business development and strategy, at PayPal, Blackboard, First Annapolis Consulting, and The Chronicle of Higher Education. He started his career as a full-stack application developer in Merrill Lynch’s Global Banking Group.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Boston University. Also, he received a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he was a Center of Digital Strategies Fellow. Craig is an avid entrepreneur and innovator, having launched two technology companies and receiving a patent.
